Cancelling your booking

Cancel and get your money back before the deadline.

  1. Cancel

    Until 8pm (Spain time) the day before you set off, from “Manage my booking”:

    1. This tells you how long you have to cancel.
    2. Tap and confirm.

  2. Get your money back

    We refund the full amount to your original payment method and confirm it by email. It usually takes a few days to show up, depending on your bank.
